I have been building furniture for more than twenty-eight years. I've designed and crafted hundreds of tables, bookcases, desks, and much more. I once built a brass and walnut toilet paper cabinet. I've built huge and tiny pieces for clients all over the states and the world, and now I'm working on a book about my experiences in this trade.

There have been times when I've had ten pieces on the schedule, but these days I'm caring for my aging mother, so I need to be selective about the jobs I take. Sounds pretty arrogant, I get it. But it's not about what I think of myself—it's about being flexible and putting my mother's needs first.

Process

• I review your idea.
• I provide a ballpark estimate.
• I create a set of design drawings.
• After your final approval, I provide a firm price.
• Once I receive a 50% deposit, I begin your project.
• When the piece is complete and meets your approval, I send an invoice for the remaining 50% prior to pickup.
• Please note: I do not offer delivery except for smaller pieces.
